Uncle Henry’s is an award winning modern, stylish, café and farm shop.         

Find us nestled in the Lincolnshire countryside in a converted 19th century barn with secluded courtyard for you to relax in.           

Uncle Henry’s is a showcase for all that is best in Lincolnshire food. Our philosophy is “Fresh Local and Seasonal”.           

Where possible we source the best food Lincolnshire has to offer, including many hard to find specialist products, to sell alongside our home-produced pork products, haslet, potatoes and fresh vegetables.  Soups, ready meals and cakes are made on site giving you the customer a great variety of real, honest, home-produced delights.         

All of our food comes from people who are as passionate about their products as we are.  Uncle Henry’s is dedicated to raising people’s expectations of of locally produced foods. Promoting food provenance and sustainability is always high on the agenda.         

We also sell a range of distinctive but affordable gifts. If you would like to treat someone special, brighten up your home, or sort out your garden -we have got it covered!

From field to fork

We are pleased to provide customers with a real “field to fork” experience.         

Steve and Meryl Ward are the fourth generation to farm at Waddingham Grange and have managed Grayingham Grange since 1991.       

Today, the farm is a mixed arable and livestock farm growing wheat, barley, potatoes and sugar beet and has a large pig herd, from which we are proud to supply a range of special, improved eating quality pig products, including our own Gold award winning Lincolnshire Sausage.           

      

When in season, fresh vegetables are sold in our shop from our own walled garden and where possible we always use the freshest local ingredients in our home cooked cafe meals.
