
Uncle Henry's farm shop is run by Clare Bradley and her team of helpers. The main focus for Uncle Henry's produce is "fresh, local and seasonal". The shop aims to stock as much local produce as possible, filling in the gaps with regional selections to offer you variety and choice.
The butchery is a major part of the farm shop, run by our new extended butchery team with Louise front of house and Barry as main butcher. All of our pork products are produced from our homegrown Hampshire Breed pigs, a breed which is renowned for its fantastic eating quality. Our Butchery Team also cures our own bacon and gammon in the traditional dry-cured way.

We have won a Bronze Award in the Lincolnshire Poacher Taste Competition for our Lincolnshire Sausage and our Butchery team is always trying out new and innovative sausage recipes.
The beef and lamb is sourced locally and butchered by our team of butchers. All of our meat is of Lincolnshire Quality Standard, which means all of our suppliers' farms are farm assured. All their meat has been born and finished in Lincolnshire to attain the Lincolnshire Quality Standard.
