3 - We reserve the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time.

4 - We deliver once a week with the cut off point for orders that week being on the Tuesday evening at midnight for delivery on the Friday. This ensures that all our products are as fresh as possible as they will be prepared on the day of dispatch. This delivery schedule may change around Christmas due to high demand, however unless otherwise stated it shall remain as above.

5 - Please give alternative delivery instructions when placing your order in case you don't happen to be in (perhaps you have a friendly neighbour?). If you wish to order on a Wednesday for Friday delivery of the same week please contact us with the above details and we will be able to confirm whether or not this is possible.

6 - All payments must be made through Paypal. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared.

7 - We do not pass your information on to third parties, however when placing an order, some of your information will be stored (not including credit card details) on our computer, for reference purposes only.

8 - Due to the nature of our product we cannot offer a returns option, however if you are not happy with you purchase please contact us with the details above and we will endeavour to deal with your concerns on an individual basis.
