It’s hard to believe 2018 is here already after such a busy December wrapping bespoke hampers for customers and getting all of the Christmas orders ready. We hope you all enjoyed the festive period as much as we all did and the novelty of eating turkey sandwiches hasn’t worn off yet.

Longflint sits at the intersection of craft beer and craft spirits and is produced in Tottenham, London. Using pure fruit juices, infused simple syrups and tinctures plus top quality British craft spirits they create drinks that surprise and delight.

Our butchery will also be providing tasters on selected days of their low-fat Chicken, Sage & Onion Sausage with a 2% fat content.
Made with 100% chicken breast, these sausages are a great way to meet those New Year’s resolutions to eat healthier!

Love Pork are running a campaign, Pick Pork Medallions from Monday 8th January until Sunday 25th January to promote the health benefits of eating low fat pork medallions. Over the next few weeks we will be sharing recipe ideas and cooking tips using our own delicious home reared pork!
How to cook perfectly pork medallions
1 – Bash between cling film to 1cm thickness using a rolling pin to avoid over or under cooking
2 – Marinate for 10 minutes (or the night before) for extra flavour
3 – Sear and Bake. Fry on one side for 3 minutes, turn over and oven bake for 6-8 minutes at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4
4 - Rest for a couple of minutes after cooking and ensure the meat juices run clear
5 – Serve and enjoy!
