Mothering Sunday Lunch Menu Sunday 11th March 12pm-2.30pm


Starters

  • Homemade pea & mint soup served with local speciality bread
  • Garlic mushrooms in a creamy sauce served with toasted ciabatta
  • Breaded Brie with cranberry compote
  • Gravadlax served with mixed salad leaves and brown bread & butter


Mains

  • Uncle Henry’s home reared roast pork with crackling served with Bramley apple sauce,     stuffing and gravy
  • Lincolnshire roast beef with Yorkshire pudding and gravy
  • Roasted salmon fillet with Hollandaise sauce
  • Uncle Henry’s signature twice baked cheese souffle with sundried tomatoes and spinach
  • All main courses served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes


Homemade Desserts

  • Creme Brulee served with a shortbread biscuit
  • White chocolate and raspberry cheesecake
  • Lemon meringue pie
  • Black Forest gateaux
