Lincoln Longwools – Lincoln Longwools are the largest breed of native sheep mostly found in the eastern counties. Today they are among the rare breed with less than 800 breeding ewes left but we are lucky enough to have some here at Uncle Henry’s on Open Farm Sunday. Aldabra Giant Tortoises – Adrian Graham has had tortoises since he was a young boy and has made them his passion even moving to Lincolnshire for them. He has been showing his tortoises since 2017 and we are lucky enough to have them at Open Farm Sunday again this year.
J & J alpacas – J and J alpacas started in 2005 with 4 female alpacas they now have more than 90 in their herd. On Open Farm Sunday they will be bringing us some of their alpacas for you to meet along with products made from their alpaca wool.
The little bell tent company – This year joining us for Open Farm Sunday are The Little Bell Tent Company. Their luxury tents will be pitched near the animal zone and decorated for any special occasion. For more info:
NFU – The NFU are big supporters of the Open Farm Sunday since the event started in 2006 and this year they will be attending at Uncle Henry’s.
Fairburn Eggs – Passionate about hens and eggs, L J Fairburn & Son are a family business run since 1951. Starting with 150 chickens they now have around 5 million. They will be visiting us on Open farm Sunday and you will find them in the animal zone with some of their hens along with some hatching chicks.

Dunholme Camera Club – Dunholme are a local club with a relaxed friendly approach and specialise in stylish modern photography. The club have held several exhibitions at Uncle Henry’s in the past as well as taking some of our food photographs. This year they will be joining us at Open Farm Sunday and will be photographing the event for us. Find them in the Tractor & trailer Ride Shed
Lincoln Tea and Coffee Company – Lincoln Tea and Coffee company are one of local suppliers who provide us with all the coffee as well as the tea we serve in the cafe at Uncle Henry’s. This year you can enjoy their range at our refreshment tent at Open Farm Sunday.
Bottomley Distillers – Bottomley Distillers produce Lincolnshire Pin Gin which we sell in the farm shop. They will be here on Open Farm Sunday with tasters and will be selling their products in the market zone. Pin Gin will also be available from the bar
Ferry Ales Brewery – Ferry Ales Brewery create hand crafted ales and lagers in their micro brewery at Fiskerton producing around 5 000 litres a week. As well as being stocking us with their products they will be having a stand in the market zone on Open Farm Sunday.
Lincolnshire Drizzle Co. – Lincolnshire Drizzle Company products are relatively new to Uncle Henry’s but we are delighted they will be joining us for Open Farm Sunday with some of their delicious natural dressings marinades and pesto.
Lincolnshire Brewing Company – LBC were established in 2014 as a result of a passion for beer they will be bringing this passion to our Open Farm Sunday event and their lager will be available from the bar.
Lincolnshire Craft Beers (Tom Woods) – Lincolnshire Craft Beers produce handcrafted beers which celebrate the tradition of craft brewing. LCB have 3 distinctive core beers Lincoln Gold, Bomber County and Best Bitter which we sell in the shop and will also be available on Open farm Sunday.
Black Shuck – Produce high quality gins and liquers. Their premium gin collection is inspired by the Norfolk coast and countryside and the legend of Black Shuck.
Daisysducks – Daisysducks are based in Lincoln and design and make unique gifts and crafts including fabric animals, doorstops and cushions; they will be joining us in the market zone on Open Farm Sunday.
Sloemotion – The team at Sloemotion believe that the great taste and quality of their products makes them stand out and they’ll be here on Open Farm Sunday with tasters sharing their delicious products with you (over 18s only).
Alfred Enderby – Alfred Enderby will be joining us from Grimsby for our Open Farm Sunday with their traditional great tasting smoked haddock and salmon.
Blacksmith – Cameron Huggins, a traditional blacksmith based in Redbourne specialises in hand forged metal items and will be showing us his skills at open farm Sunday. As well as demonstrations there will be hand crafted items available to buy on the day.

Field of Dreams – Field of Dreams are a dog training school who provide professional agility training as well as puppy and dog obedience classes. On Open Farm Sunday they will be running a free dog show judged by Pauline Sharp. Entry forms can be downloaded from the Uncle Henry’s website and must be handed in to the shop tills prior to Sunday 9th of June.
Lindsey Lodge Hospice – Lindsey Lodge are an independent charity working across North Lincolnshire. They provide specialist palliative care to people of Lincolnshire and their families living with life limiting illnesses. As a local charity, Uncle Henry’s support Lindsey Lodge and are happy to welcome them to our Open Farm Sunday event.
ArtyGaz (caricaturist) – Arty Gaz is a professional caricaturist and artist and will be doing live drawings at Open Farm Sunday. Find his stand in the main field near the Farmers Den Play Area.
Chirohealth Clinic – Chirohealth clinic are Chiropractors based in Scunthorpe and will be providing chiropractic screenings on Open Farm Sunday and help you “find your mojo”!
Kate Laurel Jewellery – Based in Lincolnshire they produce bespoke handmade jewellery from their own workshop and will be selling products at Open Farm Sunday.
Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust – Discover Lincolnshire’s wild side with the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust. This local conservation charity protect nearly 100 nature reserves. On Open Farm Sunday they will be here sharing with us the important work they do.
Waltham Herbs – a family based horticultural nursery. They specialise in herbs lavender and perennials and will be selling them from their stand in the main field on Open Farm Sunday.
Birds of Prey with Derek Tindall – Derek Tindall has a collection of birds of prey and takes them to displays across Lincolnshire to educate people as well as showing them the fun side to birds of prey. Alongside displaying birds Derek also works with local vets to rehabilitate birds and re-introduce them in to the wild. Derek will be attending Open Farm Sunday on the 9th June.
Exotic Animals –Tony Butler has a collection of weird and wonderful animals and aims to educate the public as well as having fun interacting with the animals. This year he will be attending Open Farm Sunday where you will have the chance to meet some of his beautiful animals.
Lincolnshire Air Ambulance – One of the UK’s leading helicopter emergency medical service charities who are funded purely by the generosity of the public as they are not funded by either the NHS or Government. Their service gives people extra vital seconds in life and death situations and we are happy to support them at our Open Farm Sunday event.
Gliders – Trent Valley Gliding Club are based in Kirton in Lindsey and regularly fly over Uncle Henry’s but on Open Farm Sunday they’ll be on the ground in the main field with one of their gliders for you to have the chance to sit in.
Pizza da Angelo – Pizza da Angelo will be serving delicious traditional wood fired pizza at Open Farm Sunday this year.
