- Smoked Haddock Scotch Egg served on a bed of Dressed Baby Leaves with a Dill and Mustard Mayonnaise.
- Uncle Henry’s Crispy Roast Belly Pork served with Creamy Celeriac and Potato Mash with Buttered Savoy Cabbage, Caramelised Bramley Apple and Rich Cider Gravy.
- Pan Roasted Salmon Fillet with Crushed New Potatoes & Wilted Spinach served with a White Wine & Shellfish Sauce
- Stilton, Sage & Butternut Squash Tart served with a Dressed Baby Leaf Salad and Fondant Potatoes (V)
