Our delivery schedule means that your fresh, perishable products will arrive with the longest use by dates possible. If you would like more specific information on exact use by dates from delivery, please contact us.
All products are labelled with full ingredients lists and allergen information however if you require any of this information either before delivery or purchase, please contact us and we will be more than happy to advise you.
Products which are ordered by weight will always meet and often exceed the weight purchased.
Contents in our hampers are as described under the products details, photographs are for representation purposes only. If you would like a bespoke hamper making up to suit any budget – please contact us.
At busy times we may have to substitute products if what you have ordered is unavailable however we will always contact you first if this is the case to check that you are happy.
A few of our hampers contain alcohol and under the 2003 Licensing Act, it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic if you are under the age of 18. We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing your order for a product containing alcohol with us, you confirm that you are at 18 years or over.
Our chilled products are delivered in insulated packaging with ice packs which keeps items chilled throughout despatch and transit. Someone must be available to receive the delivery pre 12pm on Fridays.
Please ensure that products are then stored in the refrigerator on delivery. Once the item has been delivered, we cannot take responsibility for damage, loss or temperature control.
We deliver every Friday before 12pm. The cut off point for Friday morning delivery is midnight on Wednesday evening. Orders received after midnight on Wednesday would be processed the following week and delivered the following Friday. This delivery schedule ensures that all our products are as fresh as possible as they are prepared on the day of despatch.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. We will then also contact you directly via email by the Thursday before despatch to let you know that all is ok with your delivery.
We have two delivery options:
- Free collection from our farm shop – please choose the click & collect when you check out. We will email you to arrange your collection date. Monday-Friday, please allow at least 24 hours after placing your order for collection. if ordering after 5pm Friday, our earliest collection date is Tuesday at 9.30am.
- £4.99 – courier delivery service to UK mainland excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and some areas in Scotland. If however you would like a delivery to this area, please contact us directly and we can quote and arrange transport for you. Please give alternative delivery instructions when placing your order in case you are not in at the time of delivery…perhaps you have a friendly neighbour? We are happy to deliver to alternative addresses – holiday homes, friends or your workplace.
Pricing & Payment
All payments must be made through Paypal which is our automatic checkout system. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared.
Our pricing is in pound sterling (£) and includes 20% VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Pricing and promotions in our farm shop and butchery may differ to pricing on our online shop and vice versa.
Your personal details
We do not pass any of your information on to third parties. When placing an order however, some of your contact information will be stored on our database, for reference purposes only. Please note that this does not include any bank card details.
Damages & Returns
We pack our parcels with the utmost care and attention and our selected courier partner is also well known for good handling. If however your parcel is damaged on delivery, please do not accept delivery. Once delivery has been accepted, we are not liable for any damage incurred.
Due to the nature of our product we cannot offer a returns option once despatched, however if you are not happy with you purchase please contact us and we will always be happy to help and try to resolve any issues you have on an individual basis. If you change your mind before your order has been despatched please call us on 01652640308 during opening hours and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund if your payment has cleared.
